All Airgami, regardless of size, harness configuration, or color, comply with the following specifications.

Filtration Layer USA-made, highest-quality, N95-grade, electrostatically-charged, meltblown polypropylene. Meets NIOSH N95, and EU143 and EU159 FFP2 standards. Heat disinfectable.
Skin-Contact Layer USA-made, lightweight, breathable, spunbond nonwoven polypropylene for excellent comfort and durability.
Outer Layer USA-made, waterproof, tear-resistant, non-woven polypropylene.
Color Color is printed in food-safe inks and only on the outside.
Harness Elastic 1/8" diameter polyester weave and natural latex elastic core. A non-latex elastic is available and can be requested in the Notes on the Cart page.
Harness Configuration
Each Airgami is made with either ear loops (default) or head straps but not both. To request head straps, for Classic White, choose the Head Strap option under Harness pulldown menu; for colors, write in the Notes on the Cart page.

Disinfection Airgami are heated at 176°F (80°C) for 30 minutes prior to being hermetically packaged in a polypropylene bag.
Reusability Airgami is reusable. Follow these instructions for cleaning and heat disinfection.
Retail Packaging Airgami comes in a box that can be used to store Airgami between uses.
Shelf Life Airgami has a shelf life of one (1) year if stored under a clean, cool, dry, dark condition.

Test Results

Passes Nelson Labs N95 Filter Efficiency Tests

Airgami passed Nelson Labs N95 filter-efficiency NaCl penetration tests, validating its ability to block infectious aerosols, air pollution, wildfire smoke, dust, pollen, and molds.

Nelson Labs data showed that, of the 20 production-level Airgami tested for filtration efficiency, all had greater than 98.3% filtration efficiency at removing the most penetrating 0.26 microns particles, surpassing the NIOSH N95 requirement of 95% filtration efficiency.

Airgami has a usable filter surface area two- to four-times that of most respirators and masks. This significantly lowers breathing resistance.

OSHA Quantitative Fit Tests

Air99 LLC conducted in-house fit tests using the TSI Portacount 8048 and companion particle generator. We tested the full range of Airgami sizes with multiple test subjects for each size. All test subjects achieved excellent fit factors that surpassed OSHA requirements.
